    Pate De Fruit are bite-sized pieces of jellied fruit sanded with crystallized sugar. Chewy in texture with the sweet and sour flavors of natural fruit juice.

    Meringue is a light, airy, and sweet bite-sized confection. They are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

    The financier is a light and moist teacake, similar to sponge cake in texture with a buttery flavor. Finished with fondant icing or seasonal fruit.

Our signature mini croissants are layers of yeast-leavened dough. The dough is layered with butter, rolled and folded several times. This process results in a flaky scrumtuous puff pastry.
The peanut butter drop cookie is similar to that of a macaron. Filled with a chocolate peanut butter ganache sandwiched in-between two chewy delectable peanut butter cookies.
This creme brulee tart is a smooth creamy custard in a flaky pate brisee crust with a crackling burnt-sugar finish.

 Three layers of moist sponge filled with buttercream and ganache. Covered with a glaze and adorned with seasonal fruit. 
A fresh, lightly sweetened biscuit made with dried or fresh fruit. Moist, golden &  delicious more like a cake than a scone. 
Our mini pies are seasonal fruit filled hand held pies wrapped in a flaky guyanese dough pastry.

A French dessert, made of choux paste filled with pastry cream or mousse. Topped with sliced almonds, confection sugars, and drizzled with a chocolate or caramel glaze.

Folds of sugar-coated puff pastry shaped like an elephant ear and baked until the sugar is caramelized.
This classic pastry dough is made with butter, flour, sugar, and milk. Then baked with dark chocolate.

A canelé is a small French pastry with a soft and tender custard center and a dark, thick caramelized crust.
Our mini quiche is baked in a flaky pie crust tartlet with a savory filling of bacon, caramelized onions, and spinach thickened with eggs. 
This French classic is made up of three layers of puff pastry known as pâte feuilletée with alternating layers of crème pâtissière otherwise known as pastry cream.

This spectacular dessert in its mini form is the most elegant. The Alaska with its meringue delicatly caramelized is a visual beauty. Paired with the ice cream of your choice upon a delectable nut butterbiscuit.

This fine dough is light and crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Two delectable cookie held together with ganache, buttercream, jam, or mousse.
